My client offers a software platform that uses data to help organizations around the world identify new technologies, trends, and market opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Craft clean, adaptable code for reusability, scalability, and future changes. Champion high-quality code through reviews and foster a collaborative review culture.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate the development process.
• Engage in constructive conflict, proactively address technical challenges with stakeholders, and prioritize solving the right problems while upholding the companies core values
• Support HR in the hiring process.
• Mentor software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
• Manage team performance, motivate others, and keep up morale, particularly during busy periods.
• Leveraging language expertise and tools to build solutions and document them for efficient, aligned development seeking to reduce future technical debt.
• Design well-scoped, maintainable software components, prioritizing testability, debuggability, and choosing refactoring wisely while leveraging expertise in relevant libraries and platforms.
• Break down problems into well-architected solutions and proactively address technical dependencies across teams.

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as an Angular Developer, preferably Angular17
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Front end Developer using Angular
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, AWS.
