Position Overview:

We're looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our cutting-edge dashboard. You'll be key to shaping the future of our platform by enhancing automation, subscription growth, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of responsive, user-friendly web applications using React (React Query, React Router) and TypeScript.
• Architect and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components and libraries.
• Own the full frontend lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring continuous delivery and quick iteration.
• Optimize frontend performance for fast load times and smooth user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and mentor junior developers.
• Champion best practices in frontend development, focusing on reusability, clean code, and test-driven development.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with APIs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and improvements in frontend development and apply them to enhance the product.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in production environments.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Expertise in ReactJs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling like Webpack and Babel.
• Proficient in creating complex user interfaces using React hooks, context API, and state management libraries like Redux.
• Strong experience with TypeScript for building type-safe and maintainable frontend code.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and libraries.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Experience working with REST and backend integrations.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
