Your Mission

This Lead Frontend Developer role focuses on Business Partner Transparency; ESG. Within this part of the business, ESG. Within this part of the business, our osapiens HUB enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.

Our osapiens HUB is a modern, enterprise-grade application development platform. It provides everything needed to build powerful business applications in a "serverless" fashion. This means users don't need to worry about managing infrastructure, scaling, fail-over, or backups. Instead, users can focus on their highest value activities: implementing business logic and crafting beautiful user interfaces.

Your Responsibilities

• Technically lead the team and drive continuous improvement, both from a process and technical perspective
• Lead the development of applications, architectures, and mock-ups in coordination with the team
• Take our growing code base and introduce best in class structured processes and quality gates
• Collaborate with end users to define and develop the best user experience as well as new features for osapiens and our customers
• Maintain the toolchain and test environment and drive continuous improvement

Your Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable
• A confident Tech Lead that has experience leading fellow engineers and driving best practice team wide
• Strong experience implementing patterns and guidelines with a track record of improving UI codebases
• Several years of professional experience in front-end software development
• Very confident with a ReactJS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript stack
• Experience mentoring and coaching fellow engineers
