Are you ready to make a big impact as part of our client's Factory Fullstack Development Team? The Factory, one of their key central units, develops and operates critical IT systems and services across the company, ensuring a 99.99% uptime.

As a Junior Fullstack PHP Developer on the CTO Factory Team, you’ll contribute to system architecture, develop new features, manage central security systems, and deliver fast, stable APIs used by millions.

You'll join a team of passionate IT experts who work closely with C-level management and the CTO, driving the core of the company’s architecture. While prior experience with their systems isn’t required, a strong willingness to learn is essential—they'll provide the guidance you need.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain services handling thousands of requests per second.
  
• Write clean, reusable code, design CI processes, and ensure quality with unit tests.
  
• Take ownership of your services, working closely with top management.
  
• Design the overall technical architecture and engage in technical discussions with stakeholders.
  
• Support product teams in achieving their business goals.
  

Requirements

• Proficient in object-oriented PHP and MySQL development.
  
• Basic experience in web frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  
• Comfortable with Linux Debian production environments.
  
• Committed to clean code, quality-focused, and solution-oriented.
  
• Effective problem solver who gives and receives constructive feedback.
  
• Motivates and supports team members to excel.
  
• Fluent in German (C1) and English.
