Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Trial Supply Chain Manager to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and establishing global supply chains for clinical trials (Phase I to IV). This position requires close coordination with various internal departments and a focus on ensuring the continuous supply of necessary materials for clinical studies.

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and establish global supply chains for clinical trials.
• Monitor clinical care needs and procure required materials, including comparators.
• Manage bookings and tasks in IRT systems, including UAT.
• Review manufacturing and packaging instructions, batch protocols, specifications, and SOPs.
• Ensure GxP compliance in collaboration with quality management.
• Develop SOPs and contribute to the improvement of clinical trial supply processes.
• Represent the Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) department to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support supplier selection, contract management, and budget preparation.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in the GxP environment within clinical development.
• Background in life sciences with experience in logistics or a related field.
• Knowledge of European and US GMP requirements for labelling, packaging, and distribution of investigational medicinal products.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
