Your mission

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Junior Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will support our logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination between factories, terminals, and shipping liners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gate Out Data Review – Check daily ship-out results for finished vehicles, update records, and distribute shipping plans.
• Stock & Arrival Management – Monitor finished vehicle stock status, compare data, track vehicle arrivals, and coordinate transportation based on terminal capacity.
• Booking Procedures – Manage bookings for finished vehicles, adjust for schedule updates, and allocate transportation (truck vs. train) to align with vessel schedules.
• Shipment Planning – Monitor vessel schedules, plan vehicle allocations for finished vehicles, prepare loading lists, and handle special transports.
• Shipping Manifest Control – Review shipping instructions for finished vehicles, monitor MRN status, follow up on required documents, and verify short-sea invoices. 

Your profile

• Educational Background: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Work Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience with managing bookings, stock control, and transportation planning is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with supply chain software.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges, propose solutions, and manage competing priorities.
• Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with various stakeholders such as factories, terminals, and shipping liners.
