Aufgaben In this role, you would be responsible for: -Execution of Health Economic activities in relation to arthroplastyand trauma procedures for key markets (global scope) - Undertakedata analysis in terms of cement use and performance from anArthroplasty Registry / big data perspective - Analysis of healtheconomic and clinical research and identify linkages toevidence-based marketing - Identify and execute new health economicand outcome research opportunities in alignment with overallHeraeus Medical strategy - Support the development of future HEORstrategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders -Development and implementation of economic value propositions andhealth economic tools and models - Support and/or execute trainingof marketing / sales teams in relation to HEOR to drive thetechnical understanding and awareness of HEOR across theorganization - Support HTA / reimbursement applications and marketaccess activity as applicable - Day-to-day activity and ad-hoctasks as necessary - Willingness to travel as necessary, includingwhere applicable, representation of Heraeus Medical with externalstakeholders / events Profil - Degree in Health Economics,Epidemiology, Public Health, Statistics or similar - Experience inmedical device industry an advantage, including working student orinternship - Knowledge of MS Office and at least one statisticalprogram (e.g. R, SPSS, Stata) - Ability to support businessstrategy and translate into concrete outcomes - Knowledge ofvarious health care systems, models and their reimbursementstructure - Ability to present complex information in a digestible,succinct manner and to generate solutions - Strong data analysis,statistical and numerical ability - Cooperative working style withmultidisciplinary teams yet, independent and a self-starter -Ability to prioritise activities and determine importance and makedecisions - Excellent communication skills and fluent in English –both written and spoken, and at least conversational Germanrequired.
