• In this mission-critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our housekeeping team in our location in Berlin. Your main goal will be assisting our operations team from Berlin and ensure that every guest feels welcomed.Assist with a smooth day to day operation of our hotels in Berlin within the numa standards and legal framework
• You will be inspecting Cleanliness and Maintenance in the allocated units on a daily basisand be communicating any issues via an internally developed Housekeeping App
• You will coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers and control our inventory (stock level)
• Assist with on-site requests during working hours
• Working in an Early stage start-up means your input in the Operations and Technology section is valued and
• Collaborate with our Guest Experience team to track and address any complaints from guests Supervise the overall activities of our housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Keep an eye on inventory levels so as to coordinate the delivery process of our external suppliers
• Remain in close contact with our building maintenance staff to coordinate the fixing of any technical issues that may occur
• Have an overview of all things happening at the property and trouble-shoot any issues arising

• Studying preferably in the fields: Tourism, Hotel Management / Business Administration - completed Hotel Apprenticeship is a plus with permanent residence in Berlin
• First experience in project operations / hospitality management is a plus
• Highly structured and detail-oriented perfectionist with exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to execute tasks on short notice independently and with high quality and precision
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced work environment while working independently is important
• German fluent and English fluent are required, other languages are a plus
