Summary: You will…
Analyze cross-category and category specific shopping behavior (= FMCG, Chocolate, Bakery, Cheese) in GE, AT and CH by exploring multiple primary and secondary data sources and databases
Support and collaborate in primary shopper research projects
Learn how to use key FMCG trade- and household panels (= NIQ, GfK) to extract shopper KPIs and interpret them with the objective to consult our Marketing- and Sales departments insights based.
Have the possibility to pro-actively initiate new shopper projects (e.g. specific target groups, channels, retailers…)
Create playbooks to summarize key learnings on shopping behavior and develop recommendations to improve our point-of-buying activations
be a full team member, work on eye-level with your colleagues and manager as well as benefit from their coaching, experience and expertise
Requirements:
Bachelor / Master studies in social- or economic sciences
First knowledge of research tools & techniques
Strong analytical skills
MS Office – proficiency level
Fluency in English
German language is a plus
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
