Responsibilities

  • You interact with our customers on a daily basis - the CEOs of small and medium-sized enterprises or decision-makers in the enterprise segment
  • You will provide advice on many aspects of data protection, legal and - if suitable and interested - also more technical topics
  • You will be certified as a certified DPO, if a certification is not yet available
  • In our interdisciplinary DPO team you will learn from experienced DPOs, follow German/Austrian and European case law, and work independently on your customer projects
  • You will support the Customer Support and Product Engineering departments in the implementation of feedback from your customers
  • If you are interested and suitable, you can proactively contribute to the further training of inexperienced colleagues, e.g. in the context of training series

  • Profile

    Must:

  • Relevant professional experience in data protection law, in-house or from a consulting perspective
  • Willingness to perform. Judgment. Open-minded to new ideas. Hands-on mentality
  • Competent, courteous and professional in dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Good command of English. Other foreign language skills an advantage
  • Ideal:

  • Degree with legal focus (e.g., business law) or technical background (business/computer science).
  • Qualified data protection officer
  • In-depth IT/technology knowledge
  • Industry knowledge (e.g., industry, health, church)
