JUNIOR APPLICATION SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR FOR BANKING SOFTWARE Location EBERSBERG Im Klosterbauhof 3 85560 Ebersberg () Description You will advise, train and coach bank employees using our OBS software with the aim of optimising its use in day-to-day banking practice To this end, you will analyse and classify incoming enquiries and error messages from our customers, you will be part of the central help desk Maintain appropriate documentation You will be involved in the environment management of OBS and in the operation of various interfaces to and from OBS Monitor the smooth running of the processing procedures during the day and the proper running of the night processing on the next day Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal and customer guidelines and legal requirements And coordinate tests and partly also carry them out themselves The preparation and implementation of training courses are part of the support for our customers All in all, you make a significant contribution to the success of the team and to customer satisfaction Required Skills (Banking) commercial training Good understanding of the structure/process organisation of a bank, basic IT affinity Experience in working on projects Confident handling of Microsoft Office products Personal Profile Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as structured way of working High customer and service orientation Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills Contract & Compensation A challenging and progressive position within an international work environment.
