This role will provide valuable exposure to working in an international team environment. LOCATION: Munich, Germany PROGRAM TERM: starting September 1st 2024 for 5-6 months WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AI Inference Training and Analysis: Assist in training AI models and analyzing their performance. Conduct experiments to optimize inference processes and improve model accuracy and efficiency. Proof of Concept (POC) AI/ML Development Support: Support the development of POCs for new AI technologies and applications. Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and test POCs. Documentation Generation: Create comprehensive and clear documentation for AI models, POCs, and development processes. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Lab Operations Assistance: Assist in the daily operations of the lab, including setting up experiments and maintaining equipment. Ensure that the lab environment is organized and functioning efficiently. Troubleshooting Customer Issues: Provide support in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers. Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure timely and effective solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively within an international team, contributing to various projects and initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on progress and sharing insights. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts. Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Analytical Skills: Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, international team. Customer Support: Basic experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support is an advantage.
