Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for onboarding and 1st/2nd level support in the support team

You are responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance and configuration of our hardware and software

You will support and develop our internal IT infrastructure with us (including network, firewall, routers, switches, servers, PBX, client deployment, etc.)

You are responsible for the administration of clients and mobile devices

You create and expand the documentation of our processes and systems

You communicate with external service providers, request quotes, process orders and always keep an eye on cost efficiency

You plan and manage the available hardware resources

You implement new projects and accompany migration

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You have experience in the field of IT support/system administration and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new environments

You have knowledge in the operation, setup and maintenance of modern client IT environments, operating systems and network technologies

You enjoy new technologies as well as automating processes and breaking new ground

Ideally, you are familiar with Windows, MacOS and Linux and can support all systems

You have an open nature and a high level of social competence

You attach great importance to working independently and acting proactively

You enjoy innovative projects for which you are also responsible

You are very confident in communicating in German and English
