About you:

Key responsibilities:

Client Management

Day-to-day administration and management of projects

Liaison with client contacts (and agency partners where necessary)

A level of understanding (but importantly, a keen interest in) the strategic and
creative aspects of the business

Good organisation and time management to ensure excellent project delivery.

Good written and spoken communication skills, able to communicate with clarity
and confidence.

Commercial

Responsibility for the effective running of projects on a day-to-day basis, monitoring how time/hours are tracking against project budgets, and proactively
communicating any issues or opportunities

Agency

Active and enthusiastic participant in all aspects of agency life

Skills & Experience

Some healthcare agency experience an advantage (but not essential for the right
candidate)

Evidence of strong worth ethic and proactivity in and out of education/work

Proficient in all relevant software

Business level English and German language skills
