We are building the collaborative commerce platform for modern DTC brands to grow outside of Instagram, Facebook, Google, and Amazon.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn how businesses are built from the ground up and to make an impact on a fast-growing tech company. You'll drive your own projects across all areas of the business, from marketing to product, including business development, project management and more. You’ll get ownership of your tasks from day one and will be considered a full member of the team. The projects you’ll carry will depend on both the company needs and your strengths and interests.
Tasks- You work on the most relevant challenges of building a company at an early stage
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in very close cooperation with the founding and management team as well as investors
- You support the implementation of strategic projects and scalable processes across different organizational functions
- You support the most important initiatives and cross-company projects. Examples include: development and initial execution of go-to-market distribution model (in particular partnerships), marketing strategy, KPI dashboard, internationalization strategy, equity & debt financing, building up a recruiting team
- You become an active part of strategy workshops between the founding team and its investors
- Completed at least the 4th semester of your Bachelor studies in business/ finance, engineering, mathematics or another relevant field, or you are in the midst of your Master/MBA.
- You have a strong academic record and already gained relevant practical work experience in related industries.
- You are geographically mobile and can join the company full-time for a minimum of 3-6 months in Düsseldorf / Köln.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality.
- The ability to blend quantitative analysis with effective presentation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German (must have) in order to interact directly with our client base and strong interpersonal skills to maintain our team atmosphere.
- The ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teamwork skills and enjoy ongoing direct contact with people.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, a high interest in the startup or consulting industry, and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- Flexibility, endurance, and speed, also in high-pressure situations.
- A high level of organisational skills - you are not afraid of managing multiple projects at once.
