Support Customer Onboarding and Adoption: Assist in seamless customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our product.
Customer Relationship Support: Aid in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing (enterprise) clients.
Customer Training Input: Support further development & implementation of our customer-facing, AI-enabled products executing (semi)-automated user trainings for our complex game theory & AI-based SaaS product.
Ad-hoc Customer Support: Assist our customers with any queries which may arise via support portal, email, phone and video call.
Admin: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs and guides, to assist customers in utilizing our platform effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer success team members as well as sales, marketing & product teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving value for our customers.
Level of Experience: Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sector.
Growth Enthusiasm: Eagerness to learn about procurement practices, the SaaS-based application of high end economic approaches via game-theory and the latest advancements in AI.
Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus.
Solution Orientation & Customer Centricity: Ability to proactively provide the best solution for our customers with a bias to action while upholding a positive atmosphere.
Grit & Adaptability: Exude persistence and, as a reliable partner for our clients, maintain an overview of updates to the system.
Enterprise-level attention to detail: Ability to learn to master and uphold a regular service quality level required for a customer base with trained professionals from multi-national corporates.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within an international team and contribute to team goals.
Educational Foundation: A degree in Business, Economics or related fields.
Hybrid Working Model: Ability and willingness to come to our Berlin or Munich office regularly (3 times per week).
