We are looking for a new team for our team in Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich from October or November 2024:
Fancy crises, fake news, takeovers or IPOs? We support clients in up-to-date reporting with targeted messages, in the communication of financial and quarterly figures and in the successful positioning of board members and corporate topics. With well-founded approaches to capital market transactions as well as crisis and litigation cases, we are the advisors at the side of many small and large companies. Our internships have a period of six months, while working student positions are usually designed for at least one year.
YOUR TASKS
· Support of the consulting teams in strategic consulting and operational support of companies in:
· Special situations such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs or crises of ongoing company and CEO positioning
· Creation and editing of target group-specific content as well as preparation of complex topics for various stakeholders (companies, media, capital markets, etc.)
· Participate in new business processes and internal projects that further develop our team and practice
· Participation and, if necessary, Design of internal training courses and knowledge-sharing formats
Requirements
We are looking for:
- Excellent academic performance in a university degree program, ideally with a focus on business, humanities, or law.
- Possible internships or initial practical experience in PR, communications, or management consulting, or a corresponding function on the corporate side.
- Analytical and conceptual strengths; flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously; initiative and willingness to engage above average in a dynamic, demanding work environment.
- Understanding of business and financial contexts.
- Media affinity and interest (and possibly experience) in dealing with online platforms and social media.
- Willingness to learn and curiosity, with a high level of quality and responsibility.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word).
- High motivation and enjoyment of working in a collegial, performance-oriented team.
