Your mission
  • Quoting ad-hoc charter flights to the broker market considering availability, operational restrictions and operating costs.
  • Negotiating prices with charter brokers, follow-up calls, evaluating and understanding their requirements in order to close a sale.
  • Coordinating confirmed flights with internal (e.g. crew planning, flight dispatch) and external partners (e.g. brokers, handling agents, catering companies) to ensure the client’s needs and wishes are met.
  • Coordinating and communicating flight revisions to Clients and Partners in a timely fashion; this includes delays, weather updates, changes in scheduling.
  • Proactively monitoring flight status and resolve any issues and problems which occur.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and operators.
Your profile
  • Previous experience in the field of sales, negotiation and aviation and/or luxury travel/tourism is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Good computer skills and a confident handling of MS Office.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential - you will be dealing with clients from around the world. 
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanour.
  • Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills when dealing with colleagues, partners, and clients from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Target-oriented and dedication to exceed performance metrics.

Operating on an ad hoc basis, Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Platoon operates in a B2B style model, which means we work principally with brokers across the world, and this has enabled us to already become a recognized brand and airline on the market due to the higher volume of flights we are able to operate.
