HR Associate (f/m/d) - Full-time

Your tasks:

• Collaboration and support in HR along the employee life cycle
• Data entry and maintenance in our HR systems
• Processing, maintenance, and control of electronic time recording
• Supporting the implementation of a new HR tool
• Creating and maintaining our personnel files in paper and digital form
• Collaboration in local and international HR projects
• Support for recruitment functions including sourcing and screening candidates and scheduling interviews.

Your profile:

• Degree or certification as a personnel administrator or business management
• Experience in HR and recruitment
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Independent way of working and an eye for detail
• High level of reliability and trustworthiness in dealing with personnel data
• Experience with MS Office / IT affinity
• Proactive and structured way of working
