Initially specializing in the German hotel and restaurant industry, this insurer now offers a diverse portfolio that includes private liability, household contents, and accident insurance for individual clients, as well as business liability, business closure, and environmental damage insurance for corporate clients.

About the Role:

As a Senior Team Lead C# & .NET Developer, you will oversee a team of 5-7 developers in designing and developing sophisticated software products. Your role will be crucial in implementing effective solutions that enhance transparency and facilitate efficient information retrieval across diverse software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of software solutions using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
Mentor and manage a team of 5-7 developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Develop strategies for quick access to valid cross-domain information for your team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliver impactful solutions.

Your Profile:

5+ years of extensive experience in C# and .NET development, with a strong emphasis on ASP.NET.
Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and guiding development teams.
Familiarity with Angular is a plus, along with knowledge of modern development practices, including Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills in German, with English proficiency being an advantage.
