Intern (m/f/d) Team Assistant non-technical
Your mission
- Cross department communication, meeting management as well as time and calendar management
- Support for on- and offboarding as well as team building activity and event assistance
- Procurement/finance/project management assistance as well as support with budget eflow and management for workshops and other internal events
- Organizational and travel cost assistance, further administrative tasks requested by the Munich Research Center platform teams
Your areas of expertise
- Study in the field of cross-cultural communication, foreign language, education, psychology, business administration or any other comparable background
- Good communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture
- Willingness to learn, interest to develop and gather experience in the career field of “Office assistance/Team assistance or Executive assistance”
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), German or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
