CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Your mission
- Support the Sales team and its Bid & Pricing team along the whole Sales and Bid & Pricing process
- Prepare qualitative proposals/bids and offers incl. commercials for OEMs and EV fleet B2B customers
- Align daily with relevant internal stakeholders on commercial offers and change requests for new and existing OEMs and EV fleet B2B customers
- Prepare sales pitches and reflect DCS bids in offer presentations
- Prepare bids related Q&A sessions for customers incl. internal information collection
- Maintain the internal sales reporting, database and CRM on a regular basis
- Improve internal working process standardization and create templates
Your profile
- Currently enrolled or a graduate from a degree program in management, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable study
- Able to start in our Berlin Office from January 2025
- Previous experience in bid and pricing activities such as redacting offers or RFI/RFP processes are a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office is mandatory, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German or any other language would be advantageous
- Self-driven attitude & eagerness to take responsibility
- Structured and analytical working style with a team-oriented mindset
- Determination to gain (further) insights into the e-mobility business
