As a Working Student or Intern (m/f/d) in Project Management, you will play a important role within our Bid Management & Projects Team, actively contributing to the adnacement of cutting-edge drone technology. As part of our four-person team, you will support crucial projects that drive our industry leadership forward.

In your role, you’ll work closely with the team, assisting in the coordination of tender and project for governmental contracts. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders from Product Management, Sales, Business Development and Customer Success to strenghten the foundation for successful project execution and gain valuable hands-on expierence in project management.

Your efforts will have a lasting influence on Quantum-Systems mission and play a pivotal role in advancing our projects.

• Support the Project Management Team in the realisation of governmental projects (e.g. milestone fulfilment, coordination with internal teams).

• Supporting the Bid Management Team in the processing of tenders.

• Preperation of tender documents.

• Evaluation of tenders, summary and reporting to the team lead.

• Evaluation of participation opportunities with internal stakeholders.

• You are studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Aerospace or similar.

• You already have practical expierence in Project Management.

• You are privately interested in 3. Dimension (e.g. UAS).

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.

• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.

• Communication in English and German is a matter of course for you.
