- Analyze and verify installation data for charging points from all markets (UK, NL, DE, and FR).
- Maintain our databases and ensure they are up to date.
- Analyze all information related to charging points and correct the data as necessary.
- Conduct thorough investigations of various cases in our CRM (Jira) and, if possible, find suitable solutions to support the teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for project managers or other departments: assist with questions related to data management or issues concerning on-site installations, removals, or replacements within our CPMS (Charge Point Management System).
- Serve as the point of contact for technical service providers (TSP): help resolve TSP issues related to the Service App Global.
- Engagement and Attention to Detail: You should be committed and have an eye for detail to ensure that small aspects are carefully considered.
- Basic Excel Skills: A fundamental understanding of Excel is required. Knowledge of other programs like Site Tracker or Driivz is a plus.
- Technical Understanding: A solid technical understanding is important for effectively managing tasks.
- Self-Motivation: You should be able to work independently and motivate yourself to find new creative solutions.
- Teamwork: The ability to work well in a team is essential for achieving common goals.
- Good English Skills: Strong English language skills are necessary to communicate effectively with all involved parties.
