Moreover, our strong foothold in the Virtual Reality (VR) domain highlights PLAION’s commitment to varied innovative gaming experiences.We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Junior Paid Media Manager (all genders) to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in digital marketing and eager to learn the fundamentals of paid media. The successful candidate will assist with campaign planning, execution, and reporting, gaining hands-on experience across various digital channels. 

Your Tasks

You assist with the development, setup and monitoring of paid media campaigns across search and social platforms to meet marketing goals

You help to analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and create performance reports to support optimization efforts

You support budget management by tracking expenditures and assisting with cost analysis to maximize return on ad spend

You work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and account teams, to help coordinate and implement campaign assets and ensure cohesive messaging

You stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, helping to incorporate new ideas into campaigns where appropriate

You perform administrative tasks as needed, such as organizing campaign data, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations

Your Profile

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Internship or coursework experience in digital marketing or paid media is a plus

You have a basic understanding of data analysis and familiarity with Excel or Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance

You are interested in learning analytic tools, campaign management platforms and CRM software

You are strong in written and verbal communication skills, to effectively assist with campaign reporting and cross-team collaboration

You have a passion for the digital marketing field, with a particular interest in paid media and the video game industry, which is desirable

You are familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and ad management tools

You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
