• Venture Capital: As a link between investors and ventures, FUNDED helps ventures with one of their biggest challenges: fundraising. We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem, cooperating closely with many venture capital funds and debt providers. As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with our clients, the founder and the entire team to

• dive into our exciting Consulting activities, owning client projects end-to-end via immediate client exposure and tight collaboration with the founder and entire team
• shape the future of our SaaS product by help to expand our offering and enable our Tech team
• owning internal projects end-to-end, e.g., developing new client solutions, creating partnerships supporting ongoing internal and external projects

We look for strong proof-points that you are able to

• Autonomously work and communicate with senior clients, i.e. at eye level with founders and C-level of ventures ranging from pre-seed to pre-IPO
• Structure and execute complex tasks simultaneously, i.e. work on multiple consulting cases while driving further topics at FUNDED
• Willing to learn and apply a high level of professionalism and efficiency, i.e. set and meet deadlines, rigorously apply 80/20 methods, and work outcome driven

Candidates interested in this role, should

• possess a minimum of two/ ideally three years of full-time work experience in relevant sectors, i.e. Consulting, Banking, Investment firm
• possess a Bachelor’s/ ideally a Master's or PhD degree from any academic background
• possess fluent German language skills
