Your Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Ensure full compliance with applicable EHS, GMP, GDP, Export & Trade and other relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies
• Maintain adequate product stock levels for internal and external customers, addressing supply issues early and implementing effective monitoring systems
• Develop planning processes and capabilities to achieve world-class supplier goals
• Collaborate with global supply chain management and internal departments to ensure an uninterrupted and compliant supply chain
• Represent the department in internal and external audits and inspections
• Manage and set personnel and spending targets for the department in line with site targets
• Lead by example in maintaining safety and product quality

Your Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and optimization
• Expertise in planning and supply chain management, including proficiency in SAP ERP systems and APICS certification
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful implementation
• Financial literacy and a strategic mindset to effectively manage budgets and set targets
• Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and external partners

Your Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
