Amazon is looking for New Account Managers to grow sellers and to better serveEuropean customers as part of the EU Marketplace Export team. The successful candidate will recruit and grow online Sellers on Amazonsmarketplace and help them expand their businesses. The New Account Managerwill be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenuegeneration. Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, thesuccessful candidate will have full responsibility for delivering business andfinancial objectives. As part of the role, the New Account Manager will need to analyze sales andtraffic data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed in themarketplace and provide competitive knowledge towards the generation of leadsto recruit new sellers. Likewise, the New Account Manager will work with awide range of internal stakeholders both within and outside the country tosupport the consolidation of existing and development of new services. The NewAccount Manager will need to work closely stakeholder teams acrossorganizations, to identify long term and short term growth opportunities foreach category. Key job responsibilities • Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Amazon’sthird-party business • Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellersthrough scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions • Share learnings with your counterparts to drive best practices and toidentify new opportunities • Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance andactions to accelerate growth • Work closely with Category teams to identify category specific growthopportunities • Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience,working closely with internal and external teams ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• 6 months to 3 years of related experience • German & English language fluency is essential • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complexconcepts simply • Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels • Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience(data analysis) or education. • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degreerequired ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience in sales, business development, management consulting or productmanagement. • Experience in e-commerce or retail. • Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
