Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong focus on product support to join our client's team in Frankfurt on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with product and development teams to drive the product vision and roadmap forward, ensuring that features align with business goals and add measurable value. This role will involve a mix of product requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Product Vision: Collaborate with product management to support the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to derive insights that help shape product strategies and improvements.
• Translate Requirements: Convert product roadmap features into actionable product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Product Expertise & Solutions: Act as a product expert, providing guidance to users and offering solutions for specific use cases.
• Monitor & Improve: Track and evaluate product progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending changes as needed.
• Mitigate Roadblocks: Support the team in removing obstacles to ensure timely completion of release and sprint goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Use domain knowledge to gather and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders, maximizing the value delivered by the product.
• Customer Proxy: Represent the customer's perspective within development teams, tracking commitments and managing customer expectations.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on supporting product development and delivery.
• Previous experience working within a CRO or Pharma environment is essential
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficient in data analysis to drive insights and inform product decisions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in removing impediments to project progress.
• Domain expertise in relevant industry sectors (technology, financial services, consulting, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience serving as a customer proxy or advocate within development teams.
• Ability to manage product roadmaps and track product progress effectively.
• German language skills are beneficial but not essential.
