As an Amazon Global Selling Account Manager,you will play a crucial role in driving the success of European sellers asthey expand their reach on Amazons global marketplaces. The Opportunity The Amazon Global Selling team supports the expansion of European sellers tothe US marketplace. As an Account Manager, you will closely consult withEuropean brands to onboard them onto Amazon US and provide expertise onlisting optimization, advertising & promotions, logistics, and other bestpractices. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon teams toaccompany Sellers development and drive their growth from a local to aninternational level. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for recruiting, supporting,and managing strategic third-party Sellers from Europe that want to grow theirbusinesses to a global level. You will leverage your analytical and commercialskills to provide in-depth business analysis and effective account managementfor key sellers. As the main point of contact for these partners, you will manage the day-to-day relationship, ensuring they are fully competent on Amazons selling toolsand familiar with our wide range of products and services. You will identifyopportunities to increase their revenue across Amazons global marketplacesand help them maintain our high customer experience standards. Additionally, you will collect sellers feedback, escalate issues, and drivecross-functional teams to prioritize and deploy timely solutions to supportimproved processes and Seller experience. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Native German speaker. Fluent in English - Bachelors degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work(like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written andverbal) skills. - Self-motivated team player, with a hands-on mentality to thrive in adynamic, constantly evolving team environment. - Ability to work cross-functionally, thinking both strategically andtactically, with attention to detail. ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Successful candidates will have proven experience in developing originalideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situationsin a competitive and ever changing business climate - Proven quantitative analytical capability and project management skills inaddition to being customer focused, extremely detail-oriented, and able toeffectively prioritize and multi-task - Prior experience engaging with internal and external customers isrecommended Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
