Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BI Solution Architect to design, build, and lead the implementation of a unified BI landscape across our global operations. This role will be critical in defining the tools, architecture, and strategies to consolidate and harmonize our current BI systems into a future-ready solution.

Key Responsibilities:

BI Landscape Ownership:

• Take responsibility for the design and architecture of consolidated BI landscape.
• Develop a roadmap to transition from the current fragmented systems to a centralized BI platform.

Strategy and Tool Selection:

• Evaluate existing BI tools such as (TM1, Cognos, SAP BO) and recommend the most suitable solutions for future use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align BI tool recommendations with business and IT transformation goals.

Implementation Leadership:

• Lead the planning, approval, and execution phases of the BI transformation project and align them to business vision.
• Define integration strategies to align BI solutions with the new global ERP system.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with IT, business leaders, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of BI tools and processes.
• Act as the primary consultant and subject-matter expert on BI-related decisions throughout the transformation initiative.

Scalability and Future-Readiness:

• Design a BI architecture that is scalable, secure, and capable of handling the complexities of global operations.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for data management and analytics.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience as a or Senior BI Consultant.
• Proven track record of building and implementing enterprise-wide BI solutions in complex environments.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in BI tools like TM1, Cognos, and Business Objects.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and their integration with BI platforms.

Strategic Expertise:

• Ability to evaluate and recommend BI tools and platforms aligned with long-term business goals.
• Experience in leading BI transformation projects at a global scale.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset.
