As the leader of our International Marketing Team in Munich your top priority will be as Marketing Manager International (m/f/d) to lead the team as well as defining and executing the international marketing strategy in collaboration with the Sales teams. You are responsible for: Understanding the market needs and defining with your team the go-to-market strategy at an international level in collaboration with the Sales teams. Define the international brand strategy and marketing campaigns including promotion material and adjust to local needs where required. Developing a digital marketing strategy to optimise market intelligence activities and derive measures from them to improve our customer experience. Driving the content leadership and ensuring execution throughout the year by the various stakeholders. Defining and executing marketing projects / initiatives in alignment with our overall business strategy. Managing international fairs and events as well as internal international conferences. Collaboration with HR on the internal communication strategy at an international level and support execution. Actively contributing to the company’s bottom line by managing and optimising the product portfolio (product portfolio management, product care, development of new products & services). Providing strong project management and leadership on key communications activities and initiatives. Managing and leading the international Marketing Team. What you have to bring with you: A Bachelor's degree combined with relevant marketing experience (min. of 10 years) Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop and execute short- and mid-term business strategy. You enjoy working with an international team and you are open to new things. In addition to this you work independently, solution oriented and you are a true team player. You have conceptual, strategic, creative thinking, you are open to new ideas and have a future oriented mindset with a passion for innovative Marketing solutions and the ability to drive and implement change. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal as well as excellent skills in presenting and analysing data and creating actionable reports.
