Do you want to play a key role in Amazon’s plans to redefine grocery shopping?If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of ourexpansion plans within the Grocery Partnerships team. Working within the Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, we need a superstarproductprogramme manager who will help to support our partners by optimizingtheir business inputs KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter,comfortable driving complex projects, looking for new solutions in inambiguous spaces. You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships withour partners, possess great communication skills, and be an expert problemsolver when facing blockers. You also need to have automation and streamliningfront of mind as we optimise the way our partners manage their catalogue,selection, pricing and availability and ensure seamless integration. Key job responsibilities • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveriesacross workstreams and drive correctives. • Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the boxthinking. • Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project managementmechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time. • Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams • Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelors degree or equivalent • >3 years experience in programproduct management • Experience owningdriving roadmaps • Strong Excel skills • English C1 or equivalent ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience in FMCG or supply chain • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders • German language fluency • Other European language ability • SQL skills Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
