Key job responsibilities What can you expect as an Account Manager (mfd)? - As a central contact person, you enjoy providing competent support to ourSellers (this is done in a time-limited account management approach) - You constantly monitor the success of your portfolio by means of detailedevaluations - You proactively participate in the implementation of trainings, webinarsand conferences - You work closely with the central teams (i.e. logistics, marketing) toreview the Sellers experience and develop suitable improvement measures - Through weekly analyses (evaluation and database queries) you check thesuccess of the Fulfilment by Amazon program and initiate measures tooptimize results if necessary ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Native level, fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is anessential requirement - Some experience in business development, sales andor account management - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability tounderstand and explain complex concepts - Strong analytical and project management skills - Sense for new trends and strong customer orientation - Willing to perform and enjoy making decisions within a highly dynamicenvironment - Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment - Very good knowledge of Excel, preferably also knowledge of databases andCRM tools - Degree (BachelorMaster), preferably in fields of business administration economics or comparable courses of studies ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Proven track record maintaining client relationships and achievingmonthlyquarterly SalesAccount Management targets - Proven experience in conducting business reviews and stakeholder management(e.g. through contributions within a Subject Matter Expert role) - Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential - Experience with databases, SQL and CRM tools is advantageous but notessential Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
