Come join the team and help us make history! The role is a Fixed Term Contract (12 months) based in Germany. We are lookingfor a talented Senior Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of the DeliveryService Partner (DSP) program. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunityto develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs andaccess to Amazons technology and logistics experience. You will be responsible for attracting prospective DSP candidates across EUusing brand and performance marketing strategies to drive inbound leads intoapplications. You will aggregate and analyse inputs from multiple sources toidentify and drive recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple markets. Aswell as driving program awareness and acquisition, you will be responsible forstrategic projects to improve effectiveness of marketing across the team,budget ownership, agency management and marketing reporting inputs to seniorleaders. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing strategy, and astrong background in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns. Youalso have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively acrossa number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attentionto detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit. You will need to be ableto move between strategy and execution on a daily basis. You have experienceand influence in cross-team collaboration across multiple projects. Asuccessful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focusedand have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership andsuccessfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic businessenvironment. Key job responsibilities • Own driving brand awareness, lead generation and applications of prospectiveDSPs in Germany and other EU markets • Creation of annual and quarterly campaign strategy including creating agencybriefs, planning workflows, agency management and reporting • Support the development of the overall integrated marketing andcommunication strategy • Own the market research strategy to identify insights and targetingstrategies. • Refine Amazon’s DSP proposition to differentiate the program fromcompetition and oversee execution across audience segments and channels. • Possess a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and digitalproduct. • Own the measurement framework, inclusive of brand health metrics and channelattribution models. • Run creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and differentchannels to drive perception and engagement. • Automate and improve triggered communication throughout the customer journey • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class experience across the marketing funnel. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channelprograms - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts andpivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketingprograms - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude oftimezones and languages - Experience in marketing or marketing research - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determineimprovements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functionalteams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategicalliance partners with global footprint Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
