You will be a vital member of our ASB family, and you'll be responsible for developing our marketing strategy from the start. What You Will Be Doing Support us developing our marketing strategy from the beginning Work closely with important industry players, marketing agencies and our ASB partners worldwide Create content for our social media channels, newsletter, and website Implement successful marketing campaigns from idea to realization Creation and further development of target group specific ads Improve results by means of analysis tools, KPIs or simply "lessons learned" Planning and implementation of our events such as trade fair participations, sporting events, etc. Maintaining contacts and networking with our customers and (sales) partners is your responsibility Work closely with the Sales Department and assist with sales related activities Help determining and monitoring our marketing budget Your Strenghts A degree with a focus in marketing, communications, or design You are interested in helping to build our marketing strategy from the start Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the confidence to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously The ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources as being a team player comes naturally to you You contribute creatively with ideas and implement them on your own responsibility Affinity for social media, preferably experience with graphic tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as knowledge of working on websites is an advantage.
