We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play an integral part in building personalized and data-driven customer journeys to enhance engagement and retention. This position is ideal for someone with experience in CRM platforms, especially Braze, who is looking to develop their skills and make a measurable impact on our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the design, setup, and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and Whatsapp using Braze. Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to ensure brand alignment and customer engagement.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Support in developing automated and segmented journeys that create personalized experiences for various customer segments. Contribute to mapping lifecycle stages and targeting users with relevant messaging.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and assist in preparing reports. Track key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion to assess the effectiveness of CRM efforts.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Use Braze’s segmentation tools to target specific customer groups, ensuring campaigns are relevant and timely. Leverage data insights to refine segmentation for maximum engagement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements (subject lines, send times, messaging) and analyze results to optimize future communications.
- Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and customer support teams to coordinate CRM activities that align with broader business goals. Ensure that CRM initiatives support cross-functional projects and product launches.
2+ years in a CRM or digital marketing role, with hands-on experience using Braze. Familiarity with other CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools (especially Braze), proficiency in basic data analysis, and experience with customer segmentation.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to measuring customer engagement and optimizing CRM initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills to articulate CRM insights and collaborate across teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent German is a plus
