To keep up with this growth, we’re looking for a Customer Support Intern to help bridge the gap between our customers and our product team, ensuring every need and request is addressed with care.

Please note that this is an unpaid position, and no financial compensation will be provided. However, you will gain invaluable experience in a fast-growing startup, working directly with product and customer teams, building critical skills in customer success, and gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI tools and startup operations.

Tasks

As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll be at the heart of customer interaction and product improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and challenges.
  • Logging and analyzing customer requests to provide actionable insights to the product team.
  • Collaborating with the product and customer teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively implemented.
  • Helping customers with onboarding and ensuring they get the most out of Wavess.
  • Assisting in creating guides and FAQs to empower customers to self-serve when needed.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A people-oriented communicator who loves understanding and solving customer problems.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to tracking customer needs.
  • Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including product development.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with an eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
