As a Data Engineer, you'll contribute to this by building scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure using a dynamic and cutting-edge tech stack.
- Be a true consultant and efficiently translate customer business needs into end-to-end technical (data/ML) solutions and effectively communicate them to business stakeholders
- Keep up with and apply state of the art research
- Conceptualize, design and implement data and cloud architecture
- Build and deploy batch and streaming data pipelines
- Build and deploy production ready applications on Cloud
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like: Software Engineers, Project Managers, and clients
- Work with a wide range of technologies, such as:
GCP, Azure or/and AWS, Python, Kubernetes, Dataflow / Apache Beam, Terraform, Flask / Connexion, BigQuery, DBT, ...
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience as a data, software or ML engineer or an ambitious young graduate with a passion for data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German/Dutch are a big plus)
- Worked extensively with Python, SQL and Git
- Experience with cloud based solutions is a plus
- A talent for communicating results clearly and effectively, also to non-technical stakeholders
- A consultant mindset and passionate about technology
- Flexible, curious and willing to embrace change for the better
- Familiar with AI/Machine Learning
- Experience in one of our focus domains is a plus: GenAI, Bio, Ops, Energy or Digital Twins
