- Daily processing of the accounting mailbox
- Carrying out intercompany settlements
- Clarifying and reconciling intercompany accounts and processing open items
- Creating and posting outgoing invoices in collaboration with the SSC team.
- Clarification and reconciliation of debtor accounts
- Carrying out the dunning process in coordination with the Sales team.
- You will be involved in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per HGB and IFRS
- You are the contact person for customer inquiries and internal departments as well as auditors
- Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or a corresponding degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field)
- You have already gained some experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (HGB/IFRS)
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and common ERP systems is desirable
- Basic UST knowledge should be available
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team are just as important to you as flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 level) and English
