Job Description- Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for one of our Production centers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments, hiring managers, and existing employees to effectively develop recruiting strategies.
- Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities.
- Conduct interviews (in person, by phone, Google Meet) with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
- Support the HR admin team in completing appropriate paperwork (employment application, background check release form, etc.) and complying with standard hiring procedures.
- Initial experience as part of an international company (volunteering, internships, placements) is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or similar field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently.
