Are you an experienced Business Developmentprofessional with a strong background in chemical sales,particularly in Silane-based products? Our client, a leadinginternational chemical company, is expanding their team in Germanyand is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager tolead and grow their presence in the German market. KeyResponsibilities: - Identify and develop new businessopportunities, focusing on clients within industries that benefitfrom silane products, including automotive, construction,electronics, and specialty chemicals. - Create and implement acomprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expandmarket share within Germany. - Establish and maintain strong,long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders,understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. -Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of silane products and applications,acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring a competitiveedge in the market. - Work closely with product development,marketing, and technical support teams to ensure alignment onproduct offerings and customer requirements. - Conduct marketresearch and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends andopportunities in the silane sector. Requirements - 5+ years inbusiness development or sales within the chemical industry, with aproven track record in silane product sales being highly preferred.- Strong understanding of silane chemistry and its applications invarious industries. - Fluency in German and English is essentialfor client interaction and internal communication. - Bachelor’sdegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field ispreferred. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, andinterpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. -Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionallyinternationally as needed.
