The role: As the Key Account Manager for North Regionyou will have the vision and drive to establish CSL Seqirus as themajor player in influenza protection and with the objective tooverachieve portfolio sales and profit. You will maximise growthfor CSL Seqirus products by developing long-term businesspartnerships with National Accounts as key customers and increasemarket share by close collaboration with the Seqiruscross-functional team. You will also know how to buildrelationships with regional stakeholders and national key accounts,work in partnership with market access, marketing, medical andcustomer services functions to take full advantage ofcross-functional activities. You will work together with thethird-party District Managers and Sales Team. The position can beremote-based in Germany. Responsibilities: - Support the enhancingof Seqirus profile and presence in Germany and support the successof Seqirus unique portfolio of flu vaccines - Deliver market shareincrease with your National Accounts following your targetsettings; - Focus on assigned national key accounts and customers,i.e. occupational health customers, wholesalers, purchasing groupsand tenders; - Mapping and prioritisation of key accounts,identification of the influencing circle and key decision makers -Development of national accounts Flu Proposition to create awin-win situations and contribute to the assigned customers. -Develop a sales strategy according to the Seqirus Germany strategy;integration of the planned actions within the cross-functional teamtactics plan - Implement the tactics plan following the definedtimelines; - Lead the negotiations with national keyaccounts/customers; - Involvement of required Seqiruscross-functional functions to ensure customer contact, acquisition,and support; - Close collaboration with market access and policycolleagues to be up to date with any relevant national and regionalpolicy changes (KV letters, payers communication) and implementwith the assigned accounts - Collaboration with medical andmarketing team to ensure integrated approach to relevant regionalevents and involvement of KOLs - Development and regular update ofthe customer database; - Target setting and prioritisationaccording to Head of Sales and cross-functions; - Develop existingaccounts and customers, understand customers background andstrategic goals, identify opportunities for further development. -Identify new business or growth opportunities in your region; -Identification and support of those who influence the decisions(e.g. B2B, occupational health customers, group pharmacies,tenders); - Develop new business opportunities following theSeqirus Germany strategy - Provide input and help execute the crossfunctional activities (marketing, medical, market access) tomaximise the impact at regional level; - Identify main markettrends and capture any relevant market information - Manageprojects and processes according to business plan - Build long-termbusiness partnerships with key customers, key opinion leaders,local and regional stakeholders including professional associationsin your region; - Work in partnership with market access,marketing, medical, sales and customer services functions to takefull advantage of cross-functional activities Qualifications: -Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in a scientific or business field; -Previous experience in similar role in the pharmaceutical Industry.- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in thepharmaceutical / healthcare industry. - Knowledge of the Germanhealth market and Pharmaceutical industry - Strategy and planningmindset - Compliance with SQ SOPs and industry code of practice -Business partnering and influencing - Proficiency in German &English - Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPointskills - Hold a valid EU driving license.
