Technical Sales Manager Eastern Europe (m/w/d) Location: Eastern Europe (remote) What you’ll do: Boost sales revenue and achieve optimal sustainable pricing. Identify growth opportunities, delivering profits (targeting >10% of net revenue). Provide concise market analysis and reports, ensuring timely and accurate insights. Differentiate our offerings through sustainability and innovation. Build strong, transparent communication within our global team and with clients. Engage with the supply chain of Automotive, HVAC, and other industries to explore new applications. Lead prospecting efforts, new application development, and expand into new industries. Offer expert technical support, including material recommendations and feasibility studies. Help clients bring future moulded parts into production with technical recommendations. What you bring to the table: Fluent in English and any of the Eastern European language (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian). Ready to travel up to 80%. Successful track record in selling high-value, specialized products. Technical competence in materials, moulding processes, and tooling; polymer technology knowledge is a plus. Experience with Automotive or HVAC industries, especially at R&D levels, is advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive, business-focused mindset.
