EPI Europrop International GmbH is responsible for the design, development, manufacturing, delivery and logistic support of the TP400-D6 engines for the A400M aircraft. The company, headquartered in Munich, was founded in 2002 by the four shareholders Industria de Turbo Propulsores S. A. The Liason Office of EPI GmbH is located in Madrid, Spain.Supply Chain Manager -Product Delivery EAL & FAL (m/f/d)Location: Munich Scope: Manage the delivery (cost, quality and delivery) of engines from EAL to our customers according to the Master Schedule.Manage our EPI activity and support at the customer Final Assembly Line (cost, quality and delivery).Ensure that overall supply chain performance, now and in the future, meets the needs of our customers.Accountabilities: Interface within the Product Delivery team to ensure that all tasks and team members are coordinated in achieving the Product Delivery goals. Recommend solutions to Head of Product Delivery in case of conflicting priorities. Ensure on time, on quality and on cost delivery of Part21 new build engines (inc. Flight Test): Manage the production and delivery of all new build engines as per the Master Schedule & Order Book.Ensure availability through supporting forecasting process, flow down and robust industrial governance.Manage the cross-functional team in the Product Delivery responsible for the EAL and FAL stage of the Product Delivery.Manage interface with Suppliers and Partner Companies through the EAL & FAL stage of the Product Delivery.Manage interface to customers (internal EPI teams and external) of engine delivery status and performance.Support Product Design as the point of contact / integrated project team member for EAL to allow successful product change introduction with minimal impact to deliveries.Manage the AW budget for Quality issues and Transportation.Manage the POT, FAL and EAL buffer stock quantities.Manage the delivery of advanced equipment in line with the Master Schedule.Manage the Airbus PwP Supply Chain relationship: Manage the interface with ADS PwP supply chain to ensure high levels of customer understanding, support and satisfaction.Manage our EPI activities and support at the customer Final Assembly Line: Manage our activities at the customer final assembly line.Ensure support level through robust industrial governance.Manage the cross-functional team in the Product Delivery responsible for the FAL stage of the Product Delivery.Manage interface with Suppliers and Partner Companies through the FAL stage of the Product Delivery.Manage interface to Airbus FAL.Support Product Design as the point of contact / integrated project team member for FAL to allow successful product change introduction with minimal impact to deliveries.Manage the AW budget for FAL support and any customer funded activities.Prepare the future / Continuous improvement: Define and/or keep updated governance, rules and workflows for the applicable part of the Product Delivery.Work with the team to drive short-term improvements to how we work.Within Product Delivery, propose long-term orientations and improvement.Lead the risk management activity for the applicable part of the Product Delivery.Follow-up the implementation of the orientations decided by Head of Product Delivery/Programme/EXCOM.Manage and accountable for the EPI Part 21 transactions and stocks in the EPI ERP system: Responsible for the Part 21 Goods receipt and stocks.Support EPI finance team in all Part 21 related SAP tasks.Perform frequent inventories at EAL, POT and FAL and adjust SAP.Raise demands in SAP for Part 21 purpose.Required skills: Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering, Business, Programme Management or Supply Chain Management.3-4 years (on-the-job experience) of project management, supply chain management and/or operations management.Experience in Project Management.Negotiation Skills to manage complex product delivery plans with vendors and customer.Member of, or working towards, professional project management and/or operations management organization.Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.Fluent in English written and spoken.Good leadership, communication, presentation and computer skills.Professional experience in the aviation industry preferred and an advantage.Good skills in SAP supply chain environment.Reports to: Head of Product DeliveryOrganisational Role: Team memberBenefits: Great working atmosphere in a multicultural company, low hierarchies.Modern office space (next to/behind the Olympia shopping centre), lift.110 days per year (2-3 days/week) mobile worke possible after training.Performance-related pay; annual performance reviewPluxee (Sodexo-Vouchers)Free parking in the multi-store car park with direct access to the office building.All drinks, coffee and tee free of charge, fresh fruits twice a week.Participation in company events and celebrations; access to Best SecretsFitness studio above the office floorUnderground connection U1, U3 directly in front of the office building.Please apply by using following email address: jobsmuc[AT]epiaero.comWe look forward to get to know you!EPI Europrop International GmbHPelkovenstr. 14780992 Münchenwww.europrop-int.comPlease indicate the reference number YF-16536 in your application.
