Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Banking/Trading Sales Managerto lead and grow our sales efforts within the financial servicesindustry in Western Europe. The ideal candidate should possess deepexpertise in banking technology solutions, a strong network withinthe financial sector, and a proven track record of exceeding salestargets. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales growth by identifyingand targeting major financial institutions and trading firms. •Develop tailored pitches and presentations that align with clientneeds, focusing on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, anddigital transformation. • Build strong relationships with C-levelexecutives and decision-makers. • Manage the complete sales cycle,from lead generation to closing and post-sale support. •Collaborate closely with marketing to leverage white papers andcase studies for effective client engagement. • Provide feedback toproduct teams for the continual improvement of solutions. GeneralRequirements: • Experience: 7+ years in a senior sales role withinthe relevant industry. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business,Engineering, or a related field; • Skills: Strong negotiation,presentation, and client relationship management skills. • Travel:Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industryevents. KPIs: • Achieve or exceed revenue targets. • Average dealsize growth year over year. • Secure strategic partnerships withinthe first year. • Ensure a client satisfaction score of 90%+ onpost-sales feedback.
