As Junior Business Development Manager, you will support our Sales and Key Account Management team in further expanding the V-Label in Germany. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers while maintaining and developing existing partnerships. By implementing our sales strategies and proactively contributing your ideas and expertise, you will help drive sustainable success together with the team.

- Working hours: 30 - 40h pro Woche
- Implementing the sales strategy for the V-Label in Germany
- Identifying and targeting potential licensees within defined sectors
- Reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, or phone
- Maintaining and updating the sales database in HubSpot to track activities and generate meaningful reports
- Organizing and conducting meetings with prospects and managing existing client relationships
- Collaborating closely with departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Quality Management, and the Inspection Teams to gather valuable customer feedback and drive product and process improvements
- Preparing presentations, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts
- Supporting the strategic development into new areas, such as Non-Food (e.g., cosmetics, drugstore products)
- Achieving and monitoring clearly defined quarterly goals
- Attending trade fairs and events to acquire customers and strengthen brand visibility
Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutritional Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for engaging with people – whether by phone, web calls, or in-person interactions
- A results-oriented mindset and a confident demeanor
- Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends, particularly in the food or non-food sectors
- High self-motivation and the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Enjoyment of remote work and a willingness to travel occasionally
- Initial experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales analytics software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Language skills: German at C2 level, English at least B2
Nice to have:
- Practical experience in sales or key account management, ideally with a branded goods manufacturer, a service company, or an NGO
- Interest and background knowledge in nutritional sciences
- Flexible working hours with the option of compensating overtime with time off.
- Flexible home office options (temporarely from abroad with A1-certification).
