TasksWhat’s this job all about:
- Client Consultation and Solution Design: Utilise your analytical skills and technical expertise to analyse client situations, assist in the development and implementation of tailored HR technology solutions, and support the optimisation of HR processes to drive digital transformation.
- Project Work: Contribute to the creation and execution of project plans by assisting in the selection and implementation of HR IT systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop customised strategies and provide support in project management.
- Training and Development: Help conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on new technologies, ensuring they are equipped to utilise these tools effectively.
- Reporting and Presentation: Create reports and presentations to showcase project results, offer recommendations, and take early responsibility for project outcomes while relying on support from experienced colleagues.

What we're looking for:
- Degree in Business Management, IT, Occupational Psychology or related fields
- Relevant internships or first working experience in HR technology, HR transformation or consulting
- Strong affinity for IT and a willingness to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies, and the ability to navigate through different client needs and organizational structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with clients
- Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English
