- Help create unforgettable events and experiences for our clients—product launches, boutique activations, and VIP events.
- Be involved in planning, vendor coordination, and on-site event action.
- Support pre- and post-event reporting to showcase your impact.

Media & PR
- Work with top PR and media agencies to make sure our stories shine.
- Support tasks like media motif orders via AdFlow to bring campaigns to life.

Marketing watches & Loan Management
- Manage and check inventory like a pro.
- Collaborate with boutiques, PR agencies, and HQ to ensure watches are ready for events and media features.
- Track, document, and oversee watch loans for key partnerships.

Brand scenography & trade tool management
- Help setup stunning brand scenography, displays and boutique animations.
- Keep boutiques and retail spaces perfectly aligned with brand guidelines.
- Distribute annual trade tools and gifts while managing inventory workflows

Daily support
- Drive into hands-on admin tasks, from managing workflows to supporting the team in making things happen.

Qualifications

Ideally graduated or enrolled in a marketing, communications, business administration or media studies degree program at least in your third semester

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a commitment to quality and attention to detail

Enjoyment of teamwork and hands-on mentality

Self-driven and able to handle projects independently

Enthusiasm for luxury branding and marketing

Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
