If so, Power Technologies has a great opportunity for you!Power Technologies is seeking a highly motivated individual to actas an International Sales Manager, focused on managing and growingdistribution, resellers and end-user customers within the Educationand Commercial (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, etc.)markets. This role will provide exceptional relationshipmanagement, education, and ongoing training to achieve mutualpipeline acceleration and revenue growth within the distributionnetwork. The International Sales Manager works to build accountloyalty with the goal of long-term account retention, providingproduct/solution positioning, quotation/RFP support, ordermanagement, education/training, and order analysis to maximizeselling opportunities driving sales volumes and margins positioningPower Technologies as a preferred vendor. This position will have abusiness development focus, building relationships with our globalchannel partners, resellers and end-users.This position is locatedremotely in Germany.TasksKey Responsibilities:Build NewDistribution, Reseller and end-user partnerships specifically inEdTech or Information and Communication Technology.Interface withresellers and representatives to provide education, assistance withsales process to end user, resolve problems, build relationships,develop referral network maintaining goodwill to accelerate growthdriving sales to meet or exceed established goals.Collaborate withreseller management and representatives to ensure sales leads areeffectively captured, closed. and accounts are managed in the bestinterest of the business to attain and grow market share.Jointlydevelop impactful campaign initiatives with Partner Marketing tomaximize returns of investments; track effectiveness of programsand associated ROI; monitor trends and apply learnings to improvefuture programs.Provide product demonstrations and presentationsexhibiting knowledge of market specific features, benefits, andtechnical aspects of the full Power Technologies productline.Provide sales and marketing support at exhibitions & tradeshows.Review and confirm all reseller purchase orders, acting asmain point of contact to update on status of orders with internalteam, coordinating communication between customers, operations& fulfillment team as required.Provide weekly report ofpipeline, forecast and activities within NetSuite CRM including butnot limited to sales driven activities and communication associatedto channel partners and end users, forecast, manage, and report onongoing sales and pipeline activity.Other duties asassigned.ProfileExperience in EdTech or ICT is a requirement.Remotelocation residing in GermanyBA, BS degree is required.5+ years ofsolid experience in IT Technology hardware is required withspecific familiarity in education sales preferredA minimum of 3+years specifically in international global sales is required3+Years’ experience building distribution through Warehouse StockingDistributors and Resellers is required.Demonstratable relevant andsuccessful sales management experience within IT Hardware orHardware manufacturing within the education or commercialsectorExcellent sales skills and sales leadership capabilities;exceptionally strong negotiation and consultation skillsSolid trackrecord of both direct and indirect sales (targeted) achievementswithin the IT-Tech marketProven ability to engage in middle, seniorand C-level management structures.An articulate and effectivecommunicator with demonstrated negotiation skills across multipleservices and functions.Experienced functioning effectively in aninternational environment.Ability to respond and work well underpressure and change.Excellent presentation skillsProficient inEnglish and German, multilingual a plusAbility to travel up to60%
